Refunds will be processed for the following reasons:

  1. Flawed Merchandise: We gladly accept refunds for merchandise with incorrect sizing, damaged fabric, or any manufacturing defect.

  2. Merchandise Discrepancy: If the product’s design differs from what you submitted, we’ll take full responsibility and arrange a return or refund.

  3. Dimensional Difference: If the design’s dimensions vary by more than 10% from your original order, please reach out to us, and we’ll promptly assist you with a return or refund.

Please note the following guidelines for requesting a refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • To initiate the refund process, please contact GiftMeAsap and provide proof of purchase along with a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed from the date of approval.

Important Notes:

  • Custom-made merchandise is not eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
